Tippett Christmas party!

Last night we had our annual Christmas party at the Bancroft Hotel in Berkeley! Tippett rented out the great hall, and the rest of the hotel was ours! A lot of the employees got discounted rooms for after-party parties and sleeping after the official festivities.

Imagine 200 people that usually dress down for work, dressing up for a party! Tuxedos, suits, formal gowns.. It's an odd and eclectic mix, for sure. There was the annual Secret Santa giveaway, which differs slightly from some of the Secret Santas you may be familiar with.. Tippett has the interesting twist of homemade gifts! Every one that is part of Secret Santa gets to make their own gifts for the other person! There were some creative gifts this year, from a homemade potato cannon, to a bloodied hand and a bronzed plaque. Definitely unique gifts!

Last year our Christmas party was held at the old Federal Reserve Building, in downtown San Francisco.
